How do I sign up?
Click here to see pricing, select your benefits, and enroll. Once you have completed your enrollment, give our office a call to schedule an appointment. If you have any questions or would like to set up your own appointment don’t hesitate to call.
What can I expect on my first visit?
We are excited to have you as our patient! On your first visit, pay the one-time enrollment fee and first monthly payment and receive the included benefits of the plan you choose. Most plans include a comprehensive exam, x-rays, and a professional cleaning
What forms of Payment are accepted?
Credit and Debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. You can also use your HSA card.
What Preventive Care is included?
Your preventive regular care includes a doctor exam, routine x-rays and a professional cleaning. These are included at no additional charge and are available based on the visit frequency you choose when you sign up for your plan.
What other discounts are included?
Your plan includes discounts on any restorative work that needs to be completed, (filling, crown, etc.). Ortho and Botox excluded. This saves you money when work is needed.
How do I receive a discount on procedures?
Just schedule the work you need and we will automatically apply the discounts. There is no paperwork or hassle to receive the valuable discounts.Is there a waiting period for benefits and services? No! There are no limitations or waiting periods for current or future dental needs.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
We plan on your membership continuing on a month-to-month basis for as long as you have teeth. The total monthly amount will be billed for a minimum of 6 months and is not cancellable prior. If you need to cancel after the initial 6 months give us a call and we will be happy to discontinue your plan.
