This allows children that may need extra cleanings while wearing braces to have the extra care they need to keep their pearly whites strong and healthy or it is also for children that may be struggling with their oral home care. Having 2 additional cleanings and fluoride applications per year can make a big difference! The 2 extra cleanings are scheduled with a hygienist on Friday mornings throughout the year.

How do I sign up?
Click here to see pricing, select your benefits, and enroll. Once you have completed your enrollment our office will reach out to you to schedule an appointment. If you have any questions or would like to set up your own appointment don’t hesitate to call.
What can I expect on my first visit?
We are excited to have you as our patient! On your first visit pay your first monthly payment and receive the included benefits of the plan you choose. Most plans include a comprehensive exam, x-rays, and a professional cleaning
What forms of Payment are accepted?
Credit and Debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. You can also use your HSA card.
What Preventive Care is included?
Your preventive regular care includes a doctor exam, all needed x-rays, fluoride and a professional cleaning. These are included at no additional charge and are available based on the visit frequency you choose when you sign up for your plan.
What other discounts are included?
Your plan includes discounts on any restorative work that needs to be completed, (filling, nerve treatment, crowns, etc). Sealants will be $10 for membership patients. This saves you money when work is needed. The discount does not include in-office anesthesia by the anesthesiologist.
How do I receive a discount on procedures?
Just schedule the work you need and we will automatically apply the discounts. There is no paperwork or hassle to receive the valuable discounts.Is there a waiting period for benefits and services?No! There are no limitations or waiting periods for current or future dental needs.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
We plan on your membership continuing on a month-to-month basis for as long as you have teeth. The total monthly amount will be billed for a minimum of 6 months and is not cancellable prior. If you need to cancel after the initial 6 months give us a call and we will be happy to discontinue your plan.
