We are excited to have you as our patient! On your first visit, pay the one-time enrollment fee and first monthly payment and receive the included benefits of the plan you choose. Most plans include a comprehensive exam, x-rays, and a professional cleaning

We have a Perio Plan specifically designed for you. It includes your regular perio maintenance visits as well as additional discounts on specific perio services. During your initial visit, we will let you know if these services are needed.

Credit and Debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. You can also use your HSA card.

Your preventive regular care includes a doctor exam, routine x-rays and a professional cleaning. These are included at no additional charge and are available based on the visit frequency you choose when you sign up for your plan.

Your plan includes discounts on any restorative work that needs to be completed, (filling, crown, etc.) or on any available elective work you may desire (implant, veneer, bleaching etc.). This saves you money when work is needed.

Just schedule the work you need and we will automatically apply the discounts. There is no paperwork or hassle to receive the valuable discounts.Is there a waiting period for benefits and services? No! There are no limitations or waiting periods for current or future dental needs.

We plan on your membership continuing on a month-to-month basis for as long as you have teeth. The total monthly amount will be billed for a minimum of 6 months and is not cancellable prior. If you need to cancel after the initial 6 months give us a call and we will be happy to discontinue your plan.
